(Ask these questions)

  • What are the things that make your customer, your customer? (i.e. age, occupation, what brands do they follow? What books do they read?)
  • What are your customers frustrations and fears? (i.e. what keeps them up at night? What challenges do they face on a daily basis?)
  • What are your customers key purchase drivers? (i.e. Must have features, expectation of service, or price/budget considerations)
